Red patch on ear??

My 12 week old Siberian Husky got this spot on his ear. It was like flaky skin and red with a few tiny bumps first and now it's smooth with little bumps and some look puss filled. He doesn't act like it bothers him. He doesn't scratch his ear. I gave him a bath and washed the area really well with a oatmeal shampoo. We thought it might be mange but he has no other patches or spots like this on his body.Name: IMG_20180812_101858_1534107360075.jpg

Size: 17.7 KB I folded his ear back to get a picture. He doesn't have a huge lump like it looks in the picture. It's a red patch the size of half dollar maybe a little bigger. It's making the fur come off at the edge of his ear also where the red patch is. He's not scratching his ear or shaking his head at all! Any ideas or advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

As halo said you'll need a vet for this and I'd do it sooner rather than later some of these things can be contagious to other dogs and humans.
