Rash

Red rash on my dog belly. I just realized she had a red rash on her belly. It does not seem like it itches but she licks at her stomach sometimes . Does anyone know what this is?

No I dont know but I've been doing some research into natural products safe to use on dogs & beeswax is sposed to be very good. Especially for skin probs. It looks bad- I think you should get a vet to look at it & you may need to get some anti- inflammatory coz its looks very inflamed, you may also need an antibiotic becos where its really red- you dont want that to get infected. My vet has a pill that has both in 1. Some vets are stocking a natural alternative so you could ask. Try to discourage any more licking (using my philosophy of respect & kindness towards dogs) as it looks like too much licking is happening. A cone collar may be necessary. If you want some possible causes- you can use the dog forum search icon & select posts & put 'rash' in.
