Puppy Won't Eat

We have a 4 month old St. Bernard Bernese Mountain Dog cross female named Molly. Molly is a very sweet, good, big puppy. 3 days ago we went outside (we live on a farm) and couldn't find Molly. We searched for a couple of hours before finding her lying in the trees on our property. I knew that was a bad sign as dogs often go off when they're sick. Took her to the vet, she has pancreatitis, so she got into something (what, we still haven't figured out). She was treated for that and put on IV. All levels are normal now, X rays have been done, everything's good, and still Molly will not Eat anything?? Completely refuses to acknowledge all food. Our vet is at a loss (he's a very experienced vet with many years of expertise), and asking other vets for opinions right now. Any ideas or suggestions? We love Molly very much but we can't keep her at the Clinic much longer as the bill is getting too large. Thanks in Advance.

Will she eat anything? Favorite treats, piece of steak, anything? If so feed her whatever she will eat to get her digestive tract in action again, and to control weight loss. Once you can get her to eat anything, you can slowly move her back to the food she needs for nutrition.
