Popantel (dewormer) allergic reaction & side effects

Just fed my dog Popantel (dewormer) yesterday morning and she has really bad allergic reaction on her skin. Loads of lumps, little bit of diarrhoea, little bit of vomit, complete loss of appetite and very lethargic. I've googled it, and it seems to be spot on for all the side effects the dewormer could cause. Anyone experience similar issue with their dog(s)?

I've had my dog since last April, and have fed her popantel twice ever since and this is the 3rd time. She needs to take them every 3 months as prescribed. She has allergy every time. I didn't realize it was due to the dewormer before, because it was during the summer, the weather was hot and humid, I thought she was just being bitten by bugs or something or maybe my house just wasn't clean enough. Plus the fact that she eat stuff off the street, so having the occasional diarrhoea just isn't anything out of the ordinary. However, when I came home yesterday after work, I saw her body was full of lumps again, adding to the previous experience, I'm pretty sure it has nothing to do with bugs or hygiene but due to the dewormer.

Obviously, I'll talk to the vet about this and see if she needs to be off popantel and change to another dewormer or be off completely. However, I've only just took her to the vet for the annual shot a couple weeks ago, so I don't want to just spend a few hundred dollars (HK dollar btw ) again, just to ask a question. Might give them a call actually. Anyway, just wanted to see if anyone went through similar situation with their dogs and what did you all do?

I've attached a few pictures I took yesterday and this morning.
