PLZ HELP- URGENT-Dog large mass tumor, now not eating... 😕

Hello... I am in dire need of advice.
Got home & My 10 yr old Fur baby was not acting like herself at all... didn’t get up to greet me -

We went to Pet ER & found out she was borderline anemic and white blood cell count very high.
X-ray showed a mass/object/blockage

Unfortunate you a ultrasound said she has a LARGE (12cm approx) Mass TUMOR.
They believe it’s off the adrenal gland & did a ultrasound. Looks like that area/stomach
From the ultrasound, I am told The mass wraps around/encapsulates the aorta, vena cava, and one other major item.
From the ER, for comfort She’s on tramadol and gabapentin every 8-12 hr

Went to two ERs and our normal vet ...

Surgery Doesn’t seem like an option from what they said given the above.. wha can I do for quality of life and to help with appetite? Or possibly reduce size of the tumor? 😢

I asked if it was ‘Cushings disease’ , the vet said no.

She drinks a lot of water, bloated stomach less active & eating less of her favorite snacks. Today not taking interest in food . Acts like herself , then gets tired quickly understandably. Still urinating fine, though days ago wasn’t getting up rear legs so easily— but last few days she is getting them up fine. So it’s confusing..

What can I do ..?

I'm sorry. Your vet really should be have been able to help with your question, but I'm really not sure there's much you can do short of making her comfortable for as long as possible.
