Please help my pup! Emergency

She is a 12 week German shepherd . Jumped off our porch and seems to have hurt her left leg. She is limping, crying and swollen. I live in vermont there is no 24 hour . What do I do until tommorow ? Splint? Ice? Help she is crying in pain!

There is a 24 hour emergency vet in Burlington.

Does she still seem in pain? Does it look broken? Swollen? Bleeding? Sometimes they’ll walk it off within a few minutes but if it doesn’t look right or if it continues to cause her pain then you should get her to a vet ASAP.

It's swollen as u can see in pic. Her paw is huge I am making the 2 hour drive to burlington

I won't get there till 2 am but she is still in alot of pain drooling everywhere crying
