Please help

we have a 15 month old Rottweiler. About 6 months ago he went from seemingly healthy to having a bad limp on his front right leg. Visited the vet numerous times to be told they dont know what's wrong with him..in addition to his front leg limp he recently was unable to put any pressure on his back left leg. After a few weeks his back left leg seemed to heal however now he is not putting pressure on his back right leg. His back legs seem really weak all together. The vet said he did not have hip dsyplasia...on a side note he also had a big white bump on his penis that we noticed. Now he has multiple big white bumps on penis. I have no clue if the bumps on his penis have anything to do with the sudden back leg troubles. I cant. seem to get any answers from local vet and I can't afford seeing any sort of specialist . Please help. My wife and I just want answers. We can't stand seeing ruger suffering. In summary. Our rotweiler has a bad front leg limp...extrememly weak bag legs ...also has multiple big white bumps on penis that seems to be something other than just an injury which is what our vet said

Sad Did he get any sort of physical pain or injury that causes back legs weakness? What did your vet say about big bumps?

He has not had any kind of trauma that should have resulted in any pain..the vet looked at the first white bump and said it should heal on its own that he must have had some sort of injury ...
