Patches on muzzle

Hi my aussy mix is almost 1 she was just fixed and 3 days ago had a circle patch on her muzzle show up it’s kind of hard looks inflamed no hair on it yesterday morning she had two more spots show up one underneath on her chin and the other on the other side of her Muzzle. Any ideas?

it could be a reaction to some of the medications from the op, also could be something your dogs caught from the vet. Ring the vet & just describe the symptoms & ask them.

I should clarify it was two weeks ago that she was spayed. I will call just Curious if anyone has ever seen something like this before

ok yes I have seen similar things, either allergic reaction to something meds, food or a fungal issue like ring worm or mange from mites are the ones that can flare up around the mouth.The hair loss is usually from the scratching as its itchy. Environmental allergies also cause inflammation & itchy bumps.
