Open Sore In between Toes

It's an open wound, not bleeding, not oozing any puss, and dog is walking/running fine. Cone is on and keeping it clean and dry. Can anyone share any natural remedies to accelerate the healing?

Happy Thanksgiving!

Do you know how it occurred? How long has it been there, getting better, worse, staying the same? How old is the dog, and has he or she been tested for diabetes?

Likely from a foxtail but worsened with his licking and chewing, it seems to have scabbed over recently but he escaped from his cone and went at it again.

4 years old, never diagnosed with diabetes, sore seems to be improving but the little guy still goes it when cone is off.

Thanks

Treat like you would a human wound. Clean thoroughly, disinfect, keep it covered with cloth or band-aid during day and keep it open to dry at night. Hope he heals quickly! If it doesn't scab over and heal within a week I would go to the vet just to be cautious.
