Is this normal? - Spay Incision

My dog was spayed exactly a week ago. Is this normal for a week-old incision?

It doesn't feel hotter than her body temp, but she still doesn't want me touching it, it seems.. There is also some slight pinkness and swelling to it still.

I'll take her to the vet if I have to. I just don't want to unnecessarily move her if I don't have to, since she's still isn't inclined to getting into a car with me since the spay.
