My dog has bumps and idk what it is can someone help?!

My dog loves running in the grass and laying it in. She started off with some bumps so I figured it was from the grass but now there's way to much for me to stay calm. I'm taking her to the vet soon but for now I need to relax and have an idea of what it is. They are not red, not itchy and do not have any scabbing. They don't hurt her because I touch and squeeze them just in case something were to come out. She's eating normal, acting normal so what the heck could this be?!

I was going to post this exact same thing! but my puppies bumps aren't as big or as noticeable. I can only see the bumps in the sunlight at certain angles only by the raised hair on her. They aren't pink or itchy either.

I went to see the vet yesterday and he did a quick allergy test and said it was some kind of allergic reaction (thanks capt obvious) and gave her some antihistamines to take for 10 days. I hope they clear up. My pup doesn't roll in the grass but we go on trail walks everyday, and the only time I noticed these bumps was after a walk with one of her puppy friends...they were chasing each other and running around off trail in the bushes. I suspect it could be from that. If the bumps don't go away after taking the antihistamines I will have to do an "environmental" allergy test.

Keep me posted!

The point isn't what particular environmental trigger/s is causing the issue, the point is that this is systemic and the underlying cause needs to be addressed. The cause is an immune system gone haywire, and that, unfortunately, is not an easy thing to fix once it has gone wrong.
