My dog has a big balding spot and behavior change issue

My dog is sick and I need help figuring out what it is. I have been to the vet and all tests are negative.

She's been sick for about a month now so this didn't happen overnight. She is a lab (mix) and is about 11 years old. She has a balding spot on her right side between the legs and spanning from bottom of belly almost to the spine. It is hot to the touch and visible lacking significant amount of hair. I've noticed that she also has much less energy and doesn't sleep well at night (restless). She seems to not want to eat her dog food and when I feed her something like chicken, she eats it but lots of times throws up right away. Her stool is also strange - she has good consistency at the beginning but it turns into liquid. We took her to the vet, they did a lot of tests and ruled out everything, including Cushing disease.

Does anyone have any idea what this may be?! I am lost and the vet seems to just cost a lot with no results. Appreciate your time!

Obviously there is something going on with your dog. If your Vet can't seem to find anything wrong, and her symptoms persist, IMO its time for a different Vet, perhaps at a comprehensive clinic where there are specialists on hand if needed. Pretty sure that's where I would be headed if she were mine.
