Unhappy My bulldog wont stop having diarrhea

She's actually my boyfriends baby and we live together so she's become mine too. She got pretty sick like this before and he took her to his parents who live close to her vet for a few weeks so she could get better.

Sally, the bulldog, was taken to the vet and they had no clue what was going on with her. My boyfriends mother tried a lot of different things over the weeks and found her perfect diet: 1/2 cup rice, 1/2 cup cooke meat, 1/2 cup natural dog food. She was on a very detailed schedule and she was healthy and fine.

We brought her home and vowed to follow all of the instructions to keep her healthy, which we have done. She however is sick again for the last few days and I'm so worried. I feel like a terrible mom and I don't know how to make her better. Is this a mental thing? Or maybe bulldogs are that sensitive to adjustment and food? My boyfriend and I have discussed giving her back to his parents to get healthy again but she's and him are really attached to each other and it doesn't seem right to separate them.

Are y'all only giving her the dog food, or are y'all cheating and giving her treats and chews? If you are cheating and giving him something other then the dog food that might be the problem.

I'll give you an example, my dog Zody is sensitive to chicken, he cannot have any at all, if he gets just a little his anal glands will bother him and he'll butt scoot, if he gets some more then just a little he not only butt scoots his poo gets soft. The past few days he's managed to snatch a few bites of my friend's dog's chicken based kibble, and he's butt scooting..

If you are not cheating then it's time to take him to a different vet and see if he or she can figure out what's going on.
