Multi colored pencils paw pads

Hello everyone. I've been reading about dog allergies and how they can make dog's paws pink and irritated. My pit bull mix has multi colored pads. They seem awfully pink but they don't seem to bother her as far as licking or chewing on them. My question is, can paw pads look this pink and not be an allergy or irritation? I've been using a spray on anti septic with apple vinegar thinking it could be a yeast infection but after a week or so there hasn't been any changes. What are everyone's thoughts? She eats 4health turkey and potato formula.

You'll have to ask your vet about that. We can't give vet advice here and, pictures and monitor settings may not show what is really going on.

Hot pavement, road and sand can make them very pink.
