Loud Stomach Noises, Should I be worried?

My Aussie has been having some loud sounding stomach noises this morning. She had her regular morning poop, and then a second one about an hour later. She did not have any diarrhea or vomiting and it looked normal. I fed her breakfast but she only ate a little of it then went back to sleep on the sofa. She has been drinking water but seems a little lethargic. She had a lot of excitement over the weekend with family visiting, but I don't think she got into any trash or ate anything she wasn't suppose to. As the holidays are approaching and I will be traveling tomorrow, do you think I need to take her to the vet, or just wait and see? Anyone with any experience or advice would be appreciated.

If I were you to be on the safe side I would take her to the Vet..especially since its Thanksgiving week this week so many Vets will be unavailable..just take her in to be on the safe side..the fact that she made two poops one after another and didnt have much appetite is a red flag

Samantha had that issue some time ago, she seemed ok, but her stomach was making terrible sounds. I gave her a small dose of Pepcid ac and called our Vet who agreed with the Pepcid ac dosed to her weight. This was late in the afternoon, by morning she seemed to be fine. That was our experience, but you probably should at least check with your Vet, he or she may want to see her just to be sure.

Thanks for the advice. I called our vet who suggested the Pepcid as well. But by the time we gave it to her she had perked up and eaten her food. I'm going to keep an eye on it and hopefully it was just a fluke.

Our dog was like that for a while. Then I realized she wasn't going out for as many walks since my husband and I work around the clock! So I began bringing Teddy, our dog, to professional dog walkers.
