Loss of Back/Front legs

Hi,
Bit of a weird issue we have with our 7 year old mix breed dog.
We took him to the vets to have a booster but the day before we noticed that he had diahrea, so we mentioned this to vet and he was given Promax and told to go on a rice and chicken diet for a few days. The booster wasn’t given as he was given the medication.
The day after he was given Promax on his food, we noticed he was walking funny on his back legs and was slightly hunched up. This has progressively got worse and spread to his front legs too, leaving him unable to stand up.
We rushed him to the vets, who disregarded the mediciene being the problem and have him X-rays, blood test and spinal fluid sample. All were clear with no issues. However, our dog is still unable to stand! His appetite is fine.
Any ideas??? Anyone had anything similar as we are very worried.

promax is a probiotic and binding agent, it wouldnt cause this problem. To be honest it sounds serious and anything written here would be pure speculation. You need to work with your vet, referral would be another option to try and get an aswer as fast as possible

You need to get him to a Vet, probably a specialist. He has something neurological, or perhaps a spinal injury. What ever is going on with him, he will need professional help, sooner rather than later.
