liter of 8 puppies unwell over night

please help! i have a litter of 8 golden retrievers and over night they seem to have become unwell. I was up at 3am feeding them and they seems fine nothing of concern. then at 8am when I got up they seem to be struggling to walk on their back legs. I would have thought it was an injury if it was 1 but all 8 seem to be struggling to put pressure on their back legs and hobble along and do not do their usual running around like lunatics. they are fine in themselves other then this issue still playing and eating and drinking so I don't have any other concerns about their health but this seems very odd it's occurred over the space of a few hours. they are in a whelping box and part of me thought maybe they had toileted on their bedding and slept in the wet maybe causing cramp but it just seems a little weird. i have allowed them to be free in the sitting room all day today so they can maybe stretch their legs but they dont seem to want to walk around just want to sit or lay down playing instead of running around...any thoughts what this could be?

You need to call your vet. This is the time for medical intervention. No one here can diagnose your dogs' illness or prescribe a treatment.
