Glad to get the update, and that Jaya is seemly doing better. Sorry you are going though a 'rough' patch, life is sometimes like that. Neighbors can be completely wonderful, completely awful or anywhere in between. Hopefully AU will continue settling down and will cease to annoy your neighbor. Let us know what the Vet says about Jaya, though I don't know that the medication would interfere with the blood work, but you are correct, you need to run that by your Vet. Hope you can get your car going soon. It seems always to be kind of a love hate relationship with cars.

Glad she seems better. I live in the city in a tiny apartment with no fenced in yard. I'd get evicted fast for barking. I just take my dog out on a leash at night to avoid trouble. If he behaves I let him run loose downstairs out the unfenced back area. He knows to pee and poop if he has to and come right back in, no loitering or trouble.
Try bringing AU with treats to the cranky neighbor and having her feed him a few to see if that works. Or maybe don't let him out after 9 or 10? Or just on a leash?
