Issues with eyes?

I've noticed this, possibly 3 months ago. So, I have a bichon frise/ poodle mix and he has no problems at all. He is 7 years old and recently his eyes have been darkening and his right and left eye have been dilating and not looking forward, but he has no problem walking and doesn't bumb into anything. What is this?

He should be examined by a Vet. There could be so many things causing those symptoms, but you really need to know what's going on and what can be done.
