Husky Losing fur

I am not necessarily sure if this has to do with anything. I cannot afford to see a vet right now as money is tight. I have a four year old unaltered Siberian husky. Around where her collar was she started losing her top coat. her top coat is COMPLETELY gone in that area now. And the bottom coat is going. There are patches of completely bald areas. Is there anything I can do to get it to grow back?

Remove the collar & put a bandana on instead, use a harness for walking. You can add tags to the bandana. They're easy to make with bit of nice fabric. Use products that encourage healthy skin & fur.
