Help! There is a spot and I am worried

Hello I noticed my puppers itching this today, when I looked I was a little shocked! I have never had any issues with her skin and I hope this is nothing serious Any advice on what direction to take?

Your Vet after examining her would be your best source of information. My guess is, its probably not serious, but I would sure want it checked out by a Vet.

It could be a hotspot. My dog has allergies and chews and bites at himself when he is itchy. I give him an anti itch medicine and benadryl which helps.

Take him to the vet so they can determine what it is and make sure it does not get infected.
