HELP: swollen dog toe

We took a pretty long Wednesday. Thursday she was limping and I checked out all 4 paws/legs and didn’t notice anything. Friday I vcame home from work and noticed her toe was huge! I’ve been soaking it in water and having her rest it but I feel like it’s getting worse. It is bleeding now and not sure what else to do. I have it wrapped now and plan on taking her to vet Monday but not sure if anything else I should do till then?! Any and all advise appreciate!!!

If it swells up that is a sign of a broken toe. Splint & bandage, natural anti flam for dogs from health shop. discourage use. clean cut with saline & add aloe vera. google has unstructions on how to splint a dogs toe. basically straighten it so its pointing in the same direction as the other ones & splint. lots of kisses & cuddles & reasuring talking too.

My dog gets these from your description it sounds like a hotspot its treatable with steriod cream from a vet and making sure your dog doesn't chew on it, the bleeding and pus is from it bursting, it does require medical attention though but isn't something to stress about if it's the first time it's happened

This is just my opinion based on experience I always suggest seeking a vet to view it
