Help! Does this spay incision look okay?

So, we had Ellie spayed a week ago on 3/12/18, and she did great with the surgery and initial post-op. She is an otherwise healthy 7 month old puppy, has a healthy appetite and loves to play with her older sister. Anyways, the incision initially looked pretty good - a little pink, but otherwise good. They did dissolvable internal sutures and used skin glue topically, so no external stitches, which is what Piper had last year, so I was familiar with this. We did the best we could to restrict her activities in the first few days - she was crated during days 2, 3, and 4 while we worked, with my dad coming to let her out to potty and eat/drink twice during the day. She has had a great appetite through this all, and she only took pain medicine for the first day. Despite our best efforts, she has been jumping on the sofa (which is low) and has jumped onto our bed several times before we can stop her, but otherwise, no crazy activity. She did develop a Seroma on the right side of her incision on day 3-4, which the vet examined and said was fine, so he wanted to allow it to reabsorb on its own. Her incision has looked great the whole week until last night (day 6), when I noticed some increased pinkness around the middle of the incision. The edges are still approximated, the rest of the incision looks fine, it is just the middle that concerns me due to the increased pinkness. It is not warm to the touch, she does not have a fever (Iíve checked 3 times now since last night), and she is otherwise acting totally normal and playful. She has not licked the incision at all, so I know it canít be due to this, and it doesnít seem to be bothering her at all now.
Does this look okay to you guys? Maybe just keep an eye on it and take her in if it gets worse?
