HELP!! Bumps on my dogs muzzle

My dog has had these bumps forming on the bottom of her muzzle and they are now starting to appear on her nose. I took her to the vet a few weeks ago and they recommend cleaning her dog bowl more often which I have been doing along with antibacterial wipes for her muzzle. Things have only gotten worse and it worries me they are not traveling to the top of her nose. I have an appointment Thursday at the vet but want to know if anyone has seen this before She is a 2 year old Black Labrodor and they don’t seem to cause her pain she will sometimes itch at them. i’m really concerned as to what they could be. I will post pictures below, I was not hurting her I just had to hold her muzzle still for the pictures.Thank you!

It looks like it could be an allergic reaction to something. Try boiled cooled water for your dog to drink & clean the bowl in boiling water. If its worse using the anti- bacterial wipes- I would use just baby wet wipes for sensitive skin with aloe vera- if you can get them, or use a warm clean flannel & wash it after using it once, & dry thoroughly. Is their any new food your dogs had before this rash started? or any new products your using? like bug kill or carpet cleaners where your dogs face may be in contact with it? Also dogs skin bumps up from scratching or rubbing when itchy.
