Getting cheaper treatment for dry eye for Japanese chin with online medicine?

Is there anyone here who buys cyclosporine drops online and who is happy about the pharmacy they use. I have a Japanese Chin fairly serious with dry eye. I currently take her to a veterinary opthamologist but this guy is very expensive and also was apparently very ruse to my mother one time when she took him in for his visit so I really want to go to a new vet. The problem is he seems to be the only place in town (las vegas) to get the cyclosporine eye drops. The cost I have through him for the medicine is 70 dollars for 15 ml of cyclosporine drops. Unfortunately they do not label it with the actual strength of the drops and I don't want to tip him off I want to leave because I will probably have to get a few refills first and don't want to deal with anything from him. If I leave him then I will have to get an rx and then order the drops online. So far the drops seems to be more expensive than even what he provides for the same size, like on dr foster site. I am hoping to get them more cheaply, though even if I do not the change of vet itself will save a lot of money and annoyance, so long as I can actually get the right strength of medicine and it arrives at full potency. There also seems to be other options as well. So what do you guys use and where do you get it? As a side note I have been using castor oil in her eyes for months as well, and that is helping a lot compared to just using the cyclosporine alone! Also I have another Japanese Chin that is extremely old, at least 18 though I am not sure of his exact age. He has heart failure and I have been giving him Vetmedin 1.25 mg tabs. At my pharmacy, Sam's Club, they are $45 for 45. At revival pets where I sometimes order stuff, they are $35 but the shipping is ridiculous at $8 so I don't think that's worth it for the extra hassle. Ideally though I'd like to find a place I can buy both treatments and have them be cheaper. The most important thing is simply to get the eye treatment online and for it to arrive in good condition/full potency, though. You can't believe what a pain giving all these drops out all day is, and the expense is a huge nuisance on top of that.

Sorry for the formatting, the paragraphs got removed somehow, and when I put them back in the same thing happens.

have your veterinarian inquire at the many veterinary pharmacies in Arizona and North Caroline/New Jersey... some are much cheaper than locally usually and they ONLY do pets. I got my pets Pimodendan (generic for Vetmedin) at an Arizona pharmacy for about 1/4 what it cost me anywhere else, and Cyclosporine in eyedrops form is also relatively cheap there. Shipping is often free.
