Dog still has worms?

Back in late May I was talking about how Mitzi was pooping in the house. I took her to the vet and found out she'd caught worms from somewhere. Gave her the medicine, and she was all better. She still isn't showing any of the same symptoms now. But I just got her back from the groomer, and they told me they found worms on her when they cleaned her anus. Should I be worried? Is it possible she's still just passing the dead worms out of her system? Like I said, she's not pooping inside anymore, she's not acting like she's in any kind of discomfort. What do you guys think?

Sometimes it takes a couple of doses, especially if there was a heavy worm load. But they will also pass dead ones as well.Do you know if they were tapeworms? Being described as segments around the anus is what you typically see with tapes. If that's the case, those come from ingesting fleas. So check your dog for fleas, because if so, the worms will continue regardless of deworming.

Turns out this was a different kind of worms. She got these from eating the fleas she apparently has. So I got medicine for both.

That's still tapes. There are a few different kinds. You need to do some flea treatments on both the dog and your house.
