Dog nose problem.

my dog have its nose problem from three weeks. tried anti biotics oral and topical but no use... plz help about this disease and tell me the treatment... here good vet doc is not available....

Could be from digging. Clean it up with warm soapy water and see what it looks like after.

That does look bad and needs to be seen by a vet. If you can't get to a vet in person, there are vets that you can talk to online for a fee. Your dog needs help and if you let it go too long you can potentially cause him some serious problems. Please get him checked and don't wait any longer.

Looks like hogweed + sun exposure, antibiotic cream and decrease sun exposure to treat. Remove the weed with utmost care it has similar effects on people.

I'm only giving you this info because you say a vet is not an option, their opinion is preferable.
