Dog heaving up white foamy mucus

Shes only done it 2 times today but i worry. She was napping on the couch after a long walk like she always does after an hour ornso she got up off the couch and started heaving up the foamy mucus after the second time she went back to normal. Wanted to go for a walk and wanted to eat and drink. Completly back to normal. Should i be worried?

Sometimes they just get upset stomachs. Not unusual. When was she dewormed last? I would keep an eye on her and monitor for changes.

Yes definitely watch her. It may just be a run of the mill upset tummy, but time will tell.
We just went through a similar scenario with Samantha. A few weeks ago she started throwing up, usually after eating, but sometimes many hours after. Then she seemed to recover and was normal for a week or so, then started the throwing up again, but this time accompanied with some very strange behavior. She would hide from us, under chairs, and seemed to want to be along, not at all like her. Took her to the Vet, he examined her, took lots of blood, and some urine for testing, said he wanted to know how her liver, pancreas and kidneys were functioning. Called us that night, said all blood and urine tests came back normal, all systems were functioning well. By now Samantha seemed to be back to normal, Vet theorized possible virus, that he said was going around. Hundreds of dollars of tests and examines, and she is and has been completely back to normal. In my mind the expenditures for the tests was money well spent, just to know for sure she is in good shape. I lost several nights sleep worrying about her and what might be going on, and as you can Imagine, I was imagining some not so great things that could be going on with her.
