Dog doesn't drink water

My dog is Lhasa Apso he is six year old he doesn't drink water but drink milk and eat wet food but not drinking water from 2 day he doesn't do vomiting vet said that he is having viral infection and given injection and medicine but still he is not drinking water

You need to tell your vet, dehydration is a real risk if the dog won't drink water and, that is a major concern.

As already mentioned, if he is not imputing a sufficient quantity of liquids, he is in danger of dehydration, which is serious and can lead to all sorts of complications, including organ failure. Have your Vet check him for hydration, if not sufficient he should have his hydration levels brought to normal, even if doing so by I.V. is necessary.

He drink milk and water in wet food but say no to water and eat food normally

Since you are concerned, it would be best to have a Vet check him. A Vet can easily tell by exam, his hydration level.

Now he is drinking water but eating very less food and sleeping more

You don't say what meds he is on, and medication has side effects and can cause lethargy, vomiting, etc. You need to let your vet know and ask his/her advice.
