Question Dog depression or illness?

2 years ago, i got a new puppy named Coco. I already had another dog for 12 years. My puppy was rasied around the other dog. Coco always tryed playing with my other dog, even though she was old and cranky and never wanted to play. They got along most of the time. Sometimes they would fight over food or my older dog would just get annoyed with her. Yesterday, my older dog got hit by a car and passed away. Coco seemed fine at first, but when i got home today and took her outside to use the bathroom i noticed something was different. She didn't want to go down the stairs on the deck into the grass so i put her down there my self. She walked a few feet and then began to eat some grass. I told her to stop and she walked to another area and she did the same thing then layed down. I walked back onto the deck to go inside and told her to come and she didn't want to. I went and picked her up and put her on the deck when she layed down and wouldn't go anywhere. A few seconds later she got up and went under the chair and layed down. She wouldnt come out. I had to pull her out from under the chair to get her inside. I carryed her to my room and put her on my bed. She layed down and didnt move. My boyfriend called her name and she didnt want to bother with him. Usually when he calls her she comes running with her tail wagging and her tounge licking. He picked her up and put her next to him and all she did was lay back down. She wont eat any food, human or dog. Normally she eats everything and anything. She LOVES food. When i brought her in my moms room, she went under the bed and wouldnt come out. My older dog used to go under my moms bed all the time. She spent the majority of her days under there. Im not sure if Coco is depressed because of my other dog dying, or if shes not feeling well. My mom told me she chewed up a pen before so i was thinking maybe that made her sick. She also threw up once or twice today. She is a very hyper and playful dog, but as of right now she doesn't even want to move. Currently, she is laying on my bed next to me and just started shaking on and off. If anyone has any advice please share it with me. Ask me anything you need to know to help me figure out what to do. I love my dog and i want to help her as much as possible!

Your dog is sick and needs to go to see a Vet! Throwing up and not eating or drinking are all very bad signs............ if your dog gets too dehydrated from not drinking it could be fatal! PLEASE go to the Vet!

She seems to be acting a little more like her self. She was wagging her tail and licking my boyfriend just a few minutes ago. She acted like this once before and im pretty sure it was because she was constipated. Im going to see how she acts tomororw and if she eats or drinks anything. Thank you for your advice!
