Dog behavior change after being sick

My 2 year old female dog (german shepard mix) was sick for two days. The first day she threw up twice (liquid) but ate her dinner later. The second day she threw up 2 times and wouldn't eat the entire day. The third day she began to eat again and didn't throw up anymore, and seemed fine again. However she did poop in the house while we were sleeping (odd for her). The next day she pooped in the house again, but otherwise normal eating habits. Both times the stool looked normal for her.
I'm worried though because today she tried to bite one of our dog walkers whom she has seen many times. With the pooping in the house and now trying to bite someone, I'm worried she might still be sick with something? She was at the groomers the other day and was perfectly fine and giving people kisses, now she's trying to bit someone.

Sounds like she is still not feeling well. I would suggest that you have your Vet examine her. We went though something similar with Samantha, she started throwing up, then seemed to recover, then started the throwing up, again, and her behavior changed, no biting, but she would hide from us under chairs and not want to be touched. Very unlike her, so off to the Vets, where after about $400.00 in tests exams etc. all were normal. Vet surmised she had a virus which he said he had seen in a number of dogs he treats. She has since fully recovered and is again her normal clingy self again, but any time something is going on with them, and you do not have an explanation, you should get your Vet involved.
