Maybe she's eating too much too fast?

I would contact the vet.

its certainly possible she's eating too much too fast, she has been really stuffing her face lately, a 15 pound bag of dog food normally lasts 2 weeks with both dogs, this time it was gone in about a week and the other dog isnt eating any more than she usually does

Maybe try spacing out her meals to 3-4 a day and limiting her food to what she normally ate before she was sick (+ a bit extra if she lost weight when she was sick) for a bit and see if that makes a difference.

If he's still puking I would take her in as soon as possible. Also if she seems off, or tired all the time I would take her in. The fact that she's eating is good. How's her incision? Is she drinking water normally?

Is it possible for you to call the vet and tell him what's going on over the phone? He maybe able to help without you having to spend on a vet visit.
