Well now I admit that morbid curiosity had me opening the thread ROFL.
I'll also admit to not knowing if his butt is normal or not. I do not spend a lot of time examining the rear end of anyone's dog but my own, and with my own I try not to look all that often. I agree with taking him to the vet if your worried about it. You can also try wiping him with a warm, damp, cloth and see if that improves things.
