My dog has been licking her incision and I think it opened a little, should I take her to the vet

@Yeahthatsme If you call your vet they'll be able to tell you what to do. I'd be emailing my vet a picture of it.

It's not bleeding, I'd definitely keep an eye on it for any sign of infection, but I'm not sure it's a huge deal (that's why we kept that horrible collar on for mine). Definitely call the vet to check though.

try putting a little Neosporin on it, and try to get her to leave it alone, if it means using an e-collar. It's healing, so I'm sure it's itching. Neosporin will help with that also. If it continues to get worse, I would go to the vet.

I would as suggested send that pic to the Vet. Let them decide if from the picture she needs to be seen.
