Constantly licking herself raw

My one year old Malamute cross just started licking her rectum raw. She's always licked, she licked her paws, stomach and even the area around her vulva, raw. We've gotten her to stop but now, as of a week or so ago, she's licked her anus raw to the point of swelling and it being bright red. We put a cone on her and kept an eye so it began to look better, a deeper red and almost no swelling. Today we noticed that there's a green mucus present but there's no change in her behaviour. She's a normal, lazy (with bouts of HIGH ENERGY) puppy; normal eating and drinking habits. She is unvaccinated and never been to a vet

Its time she go to the vet. It could be worms, or anal sacks but either way, it sounds like she has possibly created infection.
