Concerns about puppy’s pee.

I got my 3 month old cavapoo puppy Ed last week. He behaved perfectly, very calm and no accidents at all in the house. Then all of a sudden these last few days hes having loads of accidents sometimes 3 a day which is not like him at all. I know it’s normal for puppy’s to have accidents but I’ll take him out, watch him wee, bring him in then 10 mins later he will pee on the floor. There’s no whining etc to let us know he needs to go either. What concerns me though is the fact his wee is completely clear and odourless, like water. He’s eating fine, playful and healthy. I don’t know if he’s drinking more than normal because we haven’t had him very long. It’s like he can’t hold is bladder at all. I dont know maybe it’s normal but my last dogs wee was always yellow but Ed’s is clear. Thank you in advance!

Sounds to me, he should be checked by a Vet for a possible UTI.
