Ok, is her nose running (dripping from the nostrils), or is her nose just wet? If her nose is just wet, that's normal. If her nose is actively dripping that might be an indicator of an illness. Does she have any symptoms other than a runny nose? If she's coughing/sneezing, and has a discharge from her eyes and seems sleepy, that is Kennel Cough. If she still has a runny nose that CAN be an indicator of an illness, so if you can I would just get her a check up to make sure everything is ok. If it is Kennel Cough, that's easily treated. But it would be better if you can keep her inside, or at least in a garage, shed or basement if you have one. Dogs generally don't get ill from the cold, so that wouldn't be it, but they can get sick from germs other dogs left outside.
Its fine to combine two different foods. Many people (including myself) do that.
And will you be living with the people who are allergic for a long time? Labs shed a lot, and even if she lives outside or mostly outside her hair will get on you and anyone who spends time with her.
