Bumps under chin

Our dog is a pit bull mix rescue with large red bumps that just developed under her chin. They look almost like blisters, and are not anywhere else on her. Has anyone else had this happen?

My non-professional guess, is acne. Both dogs and cats can develop acne on their chins, sometimes in their senior years. Your Vet can verify, and Rx stuff to clear it up, if that is indeed what it is. Did have a cat, years ago that developed that, and it was in his senior years.
