Bump on a healed Spaying Incision

My French bulldog was spayed on 3/14 and her incision healed completely normal. She had no external stitches, all were internal dissolvable type. Out of nowhere today she has a red bump at the top of her incision site and i called my vet. She asked I send pictures to her to see if i needed to bring her in. The vet checked the images below and said that it looks like a reaction to the suture knot and i should put neosporen on and out a cone on my pup and also watch it for the next few days. I am still worried because it looks bad. Anyone else experienced this?
