Bump on dogs head??

My dog had what I thought was a skin tag or wart at first appearing from under her fur and poking though. White colour looks kind of like its in a bubble but hard although it is very flexible - doesn't hurt her when I touch it and doesn't seem to bother her, although I feel it has got bigger. She went the vets last week for her booster and the vet didn't say anything about it, although I'm now worried about it as I seen it earlier.
Could anybody suggest what this may be?? Or if I was right with skin tag / wart

Do you see any legs if you move it around? I'd go to the vet and have it checked out to be safe.

If you have the dog there, closely look at the part that is nearest to the dog. It should be obvious if it is a tick. If it is, read up on how to remove them so that you don't leave part of the tick attached to the dog.
