Blood Spot on Dog's Stomach Growing

My 13 year old min pin has had a small red pea sized spot that looked like a small red bruise for awhile but recently it has risen and grown rather rapidly and it bled the other day. I am taking her to the vet tomorrow but I am wondering if anyone else has dealt with something like this. She's had liver an immune problems in the past, but other than occasionally licking the growth, she is her normal, playful self.
