Black spots on my dogs skin

Hi everybody!
Just recently I found little black spots on my dogs skin. We visited a vet today, but he said it should be better to wait a little bit more and observe spots (saying something like "she is too young to have something serious like tumor"). She is two years old, happy and with great appetite 🙂
I am attaching the picture of spots.
Have any of you ever had the same experience with your dog? Any comment will be very welcome.
Have a great day!

yeah mine has one that arrived this year, its flat not raised which I think is the same, hard to be sure from a photo- its probably like the equivelant of a human having freckles if its the same thing. Its pigmentation in the skin-nothing to worry about. My dog had white & grey spots on her tummy as a pup but they faded to nothing. It looks like a tattoo of an eye with speckles around it from here. I guess its good cos if you have to identify or prove its your dog, you can use it.

Thank you for your answer. This spots are a little bit raised and sometimes red around. More little black spots are growing around... we will observe it and we'll see...

oh ok - take photos & compare the photos
as time evolves & look for changes. My dogs is staying the same. Also I went to a skin specialist to get my moles checked & he said that he was looking for irregular shape- eg flower shaped is a concern & he put a line thru the middle of it & looked for an imbalance- one side much smaller than the other. luckily mine were even & not irregular & havnt increased in size.
