Area under her top lip - normal or not?

Hello!
I have a small Yorkie & Maltese mix.
A few days ago, I checked under her top lip for the first time. The attached images are what I noticed. I will include a google image for a clearer example.
Have you noticed this on your dogs? Sheís having no other problems. She recently had her yearly exam with a full bloodwork, urine analysis, & T4 done- everything was good.
Itís not bothering her but I just donít know if itís normal. I plan on taking her in but I would like to know if anyone else has seen this.
