8 year old dog has small amount of blood from anus every time she poops

I've taken her to 2 different vets who checked her anus and prescribed antibiotics and anti-inflammatory meds. She's gone through 2 rounds of antibiotics and 1 round of anti-inflammatory meds and still has a small amount of blood around her bum after pooping! The last vet said to call if she still has it after the 2nd round of meds and they'll prescribe more antibiotics but I feel like that isn't going to do anything if it hasn't done anything so far. She's 8 years old, no changes in appetite, very playful and doesn't seem to be in any pain or discomfort other than licking herself for a long time after going to the bathroom. I am getting frustrated with this and don't have a lot of funds to spend going to the vet at the moment especially if it isn't going to solve her problem! Has anyone else seen or experienced this? What could it be? She has been known to have a sensitive stomach and when she was little had diarrhea constantly until I put her on grain free food. I love her so much and want to figure out what is wrong with her! Any advice welcome.

Did either vet give you a cause with their diagnoses? Because their are a number of different things which can cause this. With most causes there would be other signs of an unwell dog, however intestinal parasites can cause bloody stools & your dog could still be running around fine.
