3 sick dogs, please help

This might be lengthy but i dont wanna leave anything out, please stick with me.

So i had 4 dogs and was 41weeks pregnant, the dogs had their kennelcough liquid vaccine in the mouth 3 days before going into the kennel, which i was told was the time the vaccine needed. I went to go have my baby and 3 days later we picked my dogs back up, they all had kennelcough, suprise suprise, but my 2 girls a poodle mix (12years old and diabetic) and beagle mix(3 years old, healthy)apparently had bloody diarrhea, i was unaware of this, they were fine that day, the next day my beagle mix is fine and Sara the 12yo still has it, i sent my husband to the vet to get antibiotics and a stomach sealant,it quickly went from diarrhea and blood to just blood and water with a very distinct terrible smell and she was throwing up and "pooping" every couple of minutes, by the time he got back, we mixed the pills with water and squirted it in her mouth and we rushed to the vet as fast as we could, she looked terrible at this point and we had to carry her, she was stiff as a board, we got to the vet and like 6 people tried to save her but we were called back in and her bloodtests were horrible, her organs were shutting down, she was suffering so we had to put her down 😢

2 and a half months have passed and my biggest dog, dalmation mix(also 3 years old and healthy) just started throwing up all over his cage, my husband lets him out and he is dripping diarrhea and blood, we jumped in the car and flew to the vet, they put an iv on him, shot him up with antibiotics and gave him reglan, he had an iv for 3 days, it has now been a week and thank god he has survived and seems to be okay.

The vet does not know what it is, both dogs had numerous tests.
You can imagine after all of this i am absolutelt traumatized at this point and i literally did everything possible i could to prevent this, i got rid of our chickens and their food/treats and have been cooking my dogs food, they dont run in the yard anymore, i walk them each separately and make sure they dont eat anything and check every poopy.

Now since yesterday my beagle mix has been pooping with a THICK layer of clear mucus around the actual poop(WAY over an inch thick) and she threw up twice last night(yellow fluid) and once today(with food in it)

My dalmation mix's poop seems to have normalized again and i also have a 9yo chihuahua mix who has been pooping good, just lighter orangey which i expected because i changed their food.

Does anyone know what my dogs had, and whats happening with my beagle?

I am just terrified all day every day now, i have nightmares everynight and im trembling and crying all day, i wish i knew what happend to Sara she'd been my best friend for 12 years, and the nightmare just hasnt stopped since, if anyone knows whats going on/what happend, please please help.

I'd bring your beagle mix into the vet sooner rather than later. Or emergency vet. It sounds like they picked up something at that kennel. Parvo maybe? I'm no expert on diseases though. Diarrhea and vomiting could be ibd and food allergies like my dog has but you want to rule out anything serious and keep them separated as much as possible to keep anything contagious from spreading.
Separate food and water bowls for each dog and try to wash your hands in between handling and cleaning up after each dog. Not at all easy to do. May be too late if they've been together anyway. But I'd get the beagle seen asap.
Change food gradually to prevent upset stomachs.
I'm very sorry you lost your twelve year old dog. That's heartbreaking.

He was tested for parvo, it wasnt that, they are up to date on vaccines, and my beagle just had her rabies shot, i hope thats why she feels sick.
I switched their foods instantly because i didnt know why they got sick, i wasnt gonna give them another bite of anything.
Too late to keep them seperated im afraid but the vet said it cant be contagious since there was an almost 3 month space between them getting sick, he said it must be something they ate 😞
