Weighted Anxiety Wrap?

Okay, help me work this out in my mind ?

I've had some success with thundershirts/anxiety wraps with Chisum. I'm interested to see if a weighted wrap would be beneficial, since they seem to help individuals with anxiety quite a bit. Unfortunately, though, there isn't much info on them online.

I'm already planning on making Chisum his own "custom" wrap just using the outline of the one I already have. It's really hard to find one that fits him well, so this was just a more economical way to make sure of that. I'd also like to try adding some weight to it.

Now, do you all think it would be best to just have removable weights - maybe two patches on either side that could be added/removed as needed? Or should the weights be sewn into the jacket itself. What would be the most important "pressure points" to have weighted down?

BTW, by weights I mean like fine aquarium rock or beans or something - not actual heavy weights. I'm working with my mom on this because she can sew and has made similar things for her students before.
