strong toy for large dog?

okay so my 7 month old Lab/german shepered cross is close to 70 pounds and hes tareing things up! we have done a lot of things to get him to stop but he wont but he loves to RUN!!!! we got a sling shot thing for tennis balls, and some hyper-dog toys. he has 2 jolly balls, they are missing handles now and are really chewed by him. What are some good things to help him? he likes to pick on our older dog who is 15 years old american eskimo she is deaf and half blind she will go after him but he thinks its a game. even when we disaplin him he thinks its funny. so i was hoping to find some good toys he can play with.

i dont know how much exercise he has but he will be needing alot (i dont mean to patronise) Also i got a kong extreme (really solid black one) for my german shepherd when he was 18 months and a complete loon. i gave him his dinner mixed with some wet food or low fat soft cheese in the kong and sometimes to give him more of a challenge id freeze it. keeping him more stimulated like that may well stop him wanting to play and cause mischief with your older dog.
