Does anyone here have any Primo Pads?

If you have them...

Do you like them? Is your dog a chewer?
Are yours custom? Did you measure so they are a snug fit or is there a bit of wiggle room?
Do you find that they hold the heat?

One of my agility friends has one for the vario cage in the back of her car as well as for all of her crates and loves them. I looked into getting one for Forbes but he haven' bit the bullet yet. The company is really prompt if you email them with questions. Really friendly and helpful. Her dogs are not chewers so I don't know how they would do with that. From that I've seen there really isn't a ton of wiggle room but just fits snug. Hers were not custom and once I measured my crate mine wasn't going to be custom either. I emailed the company and they suggested which one would work the best. No idea about heat.

Thanks.

I've been researching a ton (as I always do haha) and I think I'm going to get them. I can't order until my crate comes in and I measure it. It would be awesome if I didn't have to get custom ones haha. I haven't read of any people that had heat issues but figured I'd ask here too, just in case.

Once I have actual measurements, I'll email them. :)

Karma's not a chewer, but after pretty heavy use(we've had this crate for 13 years) she kinda killed the original tray her crate came with. It basically started cracking and once pieces started coming off she started scratching and messing with it which resulted with us needing a replacement. Instead of ordering another tray I bit the bullet and ordered a primo pad and love it. We've had it since like last August and I'll be ordering more as needed(when I finally get crates for my car).

I didn't custom order. They had sizes that fit specific crate dimensions and I just ordered one to fit her crate.

So I was looking at their options again because, well y'all brought it up, and I was wondering if either of you had any idea what the Ruff Tough was? It doesn't seem like a type of pad because it's cheaper then the pads. I'm so confused.

@Aspen726 Karma's is Pink! We take it to competitions, she rides with it in the car etc and I've only had to wash it maybe twice since we've had it. If anything you can easily wipe it down with a wet wipe or something, but I haven't had any issues with it getting super dingy

I would think you may be able to email the company and they may be able to change the color. And you can't beat that price! You're going to have a sweet set up back there!
