Making Sweet Potato treats

I am looking for a nutritious and inexpensive treat for my ACD puppy. Has anyone made sweet potato crisps at home? I don't mind spending the cash for the packaged ones, but they cant be that hard to make at home...right???

Thanks Tomboy! I mis-spoke when I said crisp. A long lasting chew is more what I wanted for Earl.
