Bathing at most should be maybe once a month. Some dogs get quarterly baths (ie. four a year) and some never need to be bathed. I really think that twice a week will cause skin dryness and problems-so I'd scale that back a lot.

For teeth brushing-as long as your using doggie toothpaste and he's fine with it-every day is wonderful.

I'd use the conditioner after a shampoo-so once a month or so tops

ditto what mikey said

i bathe my dog just a few times a year...mostly i brush him regularly to get the loose hair out and keep him clean... i will periodically give him a good rub down with a baby wipe if i think he needs it...
is there a reason you have been bathing him so much? like is he getting muddy or something? if so, i actually find it easier to let the mud dry and brush it out then to go through the whole bathing process... you might try that

A couple of things then-when was he last to the vet? A healthy dog should not stink that quickly-so I wonder if he has a yeast infection or something along those lines-often the only indication is a smelly dog. So Id first get to the vet (dont bathe before the visit-let your vet smell him)

And if theres nothing wrong healthwise-there are a ton of products out there you could try-there are bathless sprays, bathless wipes and even doggy cologne But I would definitely step down the baths no matter what to *at most* one every three weeks
